Tottenham Reignite Champions League Hopes with 3-0 Win over Arsenal

Spurs Overwhelm 10-Man Gunners

Emery's Team Struggles After Lacazette Sending Off

Tottenham Hotspur reignited their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League with an emphatic 3-0 victory over Arsenal in the Premier League on Sunday. The win moved Spurs up to fifth in the table, just three points behind fourth-placed Chelsea with two games to play.

Arsenal, meanwhile, suffered a major blow to their own Champions League aspirations. The Gunners remain in sixth place, three points behind Spurs and with a much inferior goal difference. They will now need to win their remaining two games and hope that Spurs slip up if they are to have any chance of finishing in the top four.

The match was decided in the first half, as Spurs took a 2-0 lead thanks to goals from Heung-min Son and Christian Eriksen. Arsenal's misery was compounded when Alexandre Lacazette was sent off for a second yellow card in the 35th minute. Lucas Moura added a third for Spurs in the second half to seal the victory.

Tottenham will now face Everton away before finishing the season at home against West Ham. Arsenal, meanwhile, will host Brighton before traveling to Burnley on the final day of the season.
